When the email landed in my inbox inviting me to eBay's Top Seller Show 2025, I had to read it twice.
eBay's Top Seller Show is an exclusive event that recognises their highest-performing sellers. It's not something you can buy your way into. You have to earn it through consistent sales performance and contribution to the marketplace.
The event itself was incredible. Think red carpet, networking with other top sellers from across the UK and getting direct access to eBay's team to discuss the future of the platform. The venue was styled like a proper awards night, complete with the marquee-style photo booth you might have seen on my socials.
What struck me most was meeting other sellers who had similar journeys. People who started in their spare rooms, garages and garden sheds and were now running serious operations. That shared experience creates an instant bond.
The recognition meant a lot. Not just for me, but for the entire EcomKings community. Every person who's watched a haul video, tried their first reselling purchase or asked a question in the comments helped build this. It's validation that doing things authentically and transparently works.
For anyone wondering if reselling is a legitimate business path: yes, it absolutely is. When eBay themselves are recognising you, that's all the proof you need.
